The Fork and Knife Approach

A part of you suddenly wants to leap at the meat and tear into it like a wild animal. The urge to be wild and predatorial is strong, but you decide to repress those urges, remembering you are still, at least in thought and spirit, a human being. You pull out the wooden chair and take a seat, delighted that the back support had a gap below, allowing you to slide your tail through.

You grab the knife and fork and start to cut your meat, moaning in content at how tasty the steak is. In a matter of moments, you devour the entire thing. All that is left is the bone, and you even begin to chew into that, licking off any part that had meat remaining. When you are done you drink half of your glass of water and "ahhh" in gratification.

The growling in your stomach ceases, but you still feel a bit hungry. You start to wish there was two more steaks in front of you. You look to your bed, wondering if you should take a nap. You look to the intercom, contemplating whether to ask for more meat. You give a quick glance at your clawed, reptilian hands.
