When you open the door, you are surprised to see someone already there, sitting on the large easy chair in the room the door opens to. He has short black hair, and his skin seems to have a slight golden sheen to it. His clothing is white with icy-blue highlights, and seems to have a metallic quality to it. His eyes seem to burn with an intense flame. When he speaks, his voice is deep and resounding. "Welcome," he says. "I've been expecting you."
"Who are you?" you ask, frightened.
The stranger laughs heartily. "I have many names. Lord, Great One, Infernus. Just call me Dominus. But my name doesn't matter. What matters is that I am the best of the best. I have obtained a sample of the very nanites that transformed you, and have already leaned far more about them than your father's agency. The fact of the matter is tha-"
"What about Scott?" you ask, cutting him off.
"He's detained" Dominus responds simply. "Now, as I was saying, there is NO WAY for you to ever return to normal. Your original DNA has been lost forever. However, I may be able to curb the effects of the transformation...with this." Here, Dominus pulls out a strange-looking device. It resembles a gun, but with a miniature satellite dish on the end of the barrel. "This is my de-hypnotizer" he says. "It eliminates any and all undesired mental effects that are currently affecting the target."
Woah. A device that can eliminate the mental changes? You are ecstatic. You tell Dominus to use it right away. He aims the dish at you and fires. A beam comes out of the dish and strikes your head. As the beam engulfs your head, you can feel your thoughts being altered. You feel a stinging headache, but that doesn't really matter much. When the beam clears, you find that all the mental changes have been reversed. You are once again thinking exactly like you-the you before the transformation.
Dominus grins. "I see it was a success" he says. "But that's not all I have." He pulls out a small amulet on a string. It glows with a fire of blue and pink. "This is the Re-Gen Amulet. Developed by ancient sorcerers thousands of years ago, this amulet is used to change female humans into males, or vice-versa. I'm not sure exactly why it was developed, but it was. Anyway, I'm sure you've figured out what this means. I can use this amulet to change you back into a male. Unfortunately, that's as far as I can go: you will never be human again, but I'm sure you'll admit that being a male half-fox creature is far better than being a female one."
Again, you are ecstatic. Not only can Dominus erase the mental changes, but he can change you back into a guy?? He really is the best of the best! Excitedly, you tell Dominus to go ahead.
Dominus holds up the amulet and points it at you. He mutters an odd chant, and the amulet glows a firey blue. The glow spreads, then fires at you. You are engulfed in the blue flames. You feel your long red hair becoming shorter. Your very female breasts vanish into thin air, as does the bra you put on as a female. You feel yourself becoming stronger and more muscled, as your thin waistline expands out to more masculine proportions. Most importantly, you feel your female reproductive system twisting and rearranging to form its male counterpart, as your dick re-froms. Your tail becomes longer, stiffer, and bushier, and your face hardens and becomes more masculine. Then, after only a few seconds (but what feels like an hour), it is done. The flames vanish back into the amulet, and you collapse, exhausted, to your hands and knees.
You throw your self at Dominus's feet, thanking him for what he has done. He puts away the amulet and grabs the back of your shirt, lifting you into the air and setting you on your feet. He grins, and the fire in his eyes seems to dance with pride. "No need to thank me" he says. "And don't grovel. It's embarassing."
"Thanks again" you say. "I've got to get Scott back to the lab." Dominus nods and walks into another room. When he returns, he is carrying Scott, who has been bound and gagged to prevent escape. Something seems different about him, but you can't quite put your finger on it. Then, you have an idea. "Dominus," you ask, "would it be okay with you to come back to the lab and help out? We could really use your assistance. Anyone who can do what you just did really is the best of the best!"
Appealing to Dominus's pride really seems to work. He laughs heartily, then looks at you. "Of course I'll help!" he says. He hands Scott over to you and tells you to lead the way. As you carry Scott out, with Dominus following behind, you realize what is different about him: he seems vaguely reptilian, with flesh-colored scales, less hair, and slightly webbed fingers. Seems Scott was also morphed by the nanites. No matter. Serves him right, actually.

Once you get back to the lab, your father is both surprised and happy to see you male once again, but he is confused as to how it happened. After setting Scott down on the examination table, you explain what happened and introduce Dominus. Dominus again seems pleased to be introduced as "the best of the best"
You explain how Dominus has agreed to help trace the nanites. "Thank you for your assistance, Mr. Dominus" your father says. "We could really use the help." Dominus simply nods.
Your father shows Dominus the equipment. Dominus scoffs and mumbles something about how it is "primitive", but sits down at the computer anyway. His hands fly across the keyboard faster than you can see. Within minutes, Dominus announces that he has found the source: a man dedicated to unleashing chaos, living on an island in the middle of the Atlantic--the evil Professor Tronzz.
