Scott's no Smallfry

Scott tries to transform into a smaller dragon, but turns himself human instead. "Sorry, I can't manage a smaller dragon. It's either me or a big dragon."

So should you keep Scott with you and hope you don't need his dragon form in a confined space? Or send him back to your quaters?
