Living as an Alligator, Making More

You spend several days living with your new species, learning their ways and how they live. For being a new alligator, you actually pick up on their culture and your new body very fast. You learn that these creatures rely on their fat for their fitness. It is the opposite of the humans, the more fat they have, the better shape you get in and the more respect you earn. So you constantly eat and get fatter, passing up some of the older natives. You soon realize that several gators in your tribe were also once human, but the gators turned them into their own.

A year passes and you almost forget who you were when you were human. As you walk along the beach on guard duty with your best friend, Graelor, when you see something tresspassing on your tribes' territory. You instinctively set your spear and the two of you charge for the intruder. The creature looks up, it's a human!

"You have tresspassed on our land with your unholy feet." you tell the human.

"Where am I? What are you things? What's going on?" the human asks.

"This human is insulting us Alligor!" Graelor says angrily.

"Go obtain the Wise Leader, Graelor." you command. Graelor rushes of to find your tribes' leader.

"Now human," you say, "your unscaled feet have upset our sacred soil. Our leader will deal with you when he arrives."

Graelor returned with your tribes' leader while carrying a helmet, necklace, and spear.

"Now Alligor," the leader says, "Graelor tells me you found this human on our lands."

"Yes Leader," you reply, "Graelor and I trapped him here."

"Very good," he replies, "As you have found this human, and as you were once a human, I'll let you give him the helmet."

"Thank you Leader," you reply. You feel a spark in your brain trying to tell you something, but you ignore it. The leader and Graelor leave you alone to do the task.

"You were once human?" the human asked.

"Yesss, I seem to remember something," you say, pondering, "I was like you. I was scared, confused, but I am now satisfied."

You take the helmet and infuse the magic you learned from your tribe into it. You then place the helmet on the human's head.

The human's head struggles under the weight for only a few seconds before the changes happen. His skin flakes off into tan scales, similar to the beach's sand color. His face contorts into a scaly muzzle and horns poke through the holes at the top of the helmet. His legs change into thick thighed, three-toed digitigrade feet (standing on the balls of his feet). His thigh shape forces the human to fall on all fours, where his arms and hands changed into three-taloned claws. A bump formed above his backside and a 6-foot long tail grows out from it.

"WHAT'SSSS GOING OOOOON!?" the human hisses, panicking as his tongue becomes thin and forked. Two appendages burst out of his shoulder blades as his wings unfold. His body then starts growing and bulking up. Soon he is about 14 feet long from snout to tail and weighs about 1,000 pounds. Again, his fat is his fitness. When the changes are through he has been turned into a winged dragon, whom your tribe leader has allowed you to make him your mount.
