"Crusydor, help me block all of the entrances to the house. All windows, doors, or any openings. Quick!" you order the dragon.
"Alright, but be wary of your changes while we prepare." Crusydor says as he rushes off to board up the house.
You run through the house, nailing boards up against the doors and windows and even the chimney. It seems that with each opening you close, you get a little faster. You then finally look down to see that your whole bottom half below the waist has been covered in blue scales and look very similar to Crusydor's legs and feet. You're even standing on the balls of your feet! You also happen to notice a small bump forming above your butt. You hurry to finish off closing the house up and finally meet Crusydor in the kitchen.
"Crusydor, look!" you say, pointing at your body, which has progressed through several more changes. Your tail extends 5 feet behind you and the scales have reach up to your chest.
"I know, but right now we need to stop the Pyrots. I think that our blockade will last for only a half-hour or so. You might be finished changing by then." Crusydor explains.
"Then tell me what this ring is that's on my foot, since we have time." you demand.
"Alright," Crusydor says, "That ring is a family heirloom of mine that I lost to these Pyrots years ago. It gives a dragon enhanced abilities and strength. However, since you are human, the ring is changing you into a dragon before it's powers take effect. The Pyrots couldn't use it because their feet were too small and because they don't have hands. That ring will stay on your toe until the changes are finished and then it will probably relocate itself somewhere else on your body."
"But I don't want to be a dragon!" you say.
"Well does it look like you have a choice?" Crusydor asks, "Besides, you'll eventually like it. You can be my partner. Oh, I can see some more changes are occuring."
He was right. Your shoulder blades start feeling really uncomfortable as you feel a set of wings burst from your back. The scales slide down your arms and your hand reshape themselves into four-fingered claws. The loss of fingers amazes you as you open and close your hands. The ring that was on your toe suddenly appears on your right ring finger. The scales then spread up to your neck, where it lengthens an extra foot before your face changes.
"Crusydor, it hurts!" you say.
"I understand, but it's only for a moment." Crusydor replies, sounding concerned.
All of your hair falls of your head, forcing you to sneeze. After you let off the sneeze, your face stretches itself out into a footlong muzzle. A pain in the back of your head marks the growth of two horns emerging and curving behind you. The changes finish with you breathing out a small stream of blue fire.
You look at yourself. You look very similar to Crusydor, but you have blue scales while he has green and you're not wearing a hat like he is.
"Looks like you changed just in time." Crusydor says as he hears the Pyrots bash at the doors and windows.
