The laughing to your left has become bleating. Due to the change in Mary's body, the sand his shifted enough that she struggles out and trots off to a small clumping of grass nearby. She still has her bikini on, which looks slightly comical. A group of fraternity guys eventually comes along, and seeing Mary, start whooping and hollering. Two of the frat boys clearly do not join in the celebration. They must be pledges and this is not their lucky day. The frat boys lead Mary off down the beach and that's the last you see of her, or the fraternity party.
