Short change = no change!

"Only the blacksmith can remove those horseshoes" says the cow-girl after Scott has tried and failed on all four hooves. "He won't be happy about removing them again! It'll cost another $20!"

Scott reached into his pocket, but finds he's only got $3.50! "Looks like we'll have to raise another $16.50 before you can transform again!" he says with a sigh.
