Sea Dragon

Your body starts to lengthen, growing a tail, and you are forced onto all fours. Your face extends into a dragon's muzzle and your hands and feet turn to huge flippered claws (or clawed flippers, if you prefer).

You look back at your serpentine body, with blue scales, white underside and dorsal ridges. "I'm guessing I'm a sea dragon." you say, noting your cold mist on your breath "And I breath ice, not fire."
