Scottzilla on the rampage

Scottzilla doesn't hear you (or completely ignores you) and stomps off down the street, knocking over cars and lamp posts with his tail.

You should follow him, to make sure he doesn't cause too much damage, but how will you get him to stop? Maybe there's something in the ruins of the professor's lab that can help..
