Turtulli's Lair

"I'm not usually one for tickle fetishes" says Don Turtulli as you both lounge about in his basement hideout. "except for the purpouses of making captives squeal. I do have a buisness deal with Pippi, though. I provide her with building materials!"

"What do you get in return?" you ask

"I don't become part of the scenery!" laughs Turtulli "Oh, and I also got you. You tried to double-cross Pippi. Just the sort of kid I need! But there's one final thing she has I could use."

"What's that?" you ask

"The power to transform and transmogrify! With that, I could turn my heavies into real heavy critters. I could turn Baby-face Spenelli into a real crybaby! And with the power to turn people into animals, I could be king of the conrete jungle!"
