Return of The Ticklish Dragon

You surface to see the dragon you saw before, still shackled, tickled and laughing.

"Hello - ha ha!" he chuckles "Ha-hahaven't see yooohoo around before - hee hee hee!"

"I met you before." you say "I was that boy, but I've been captured and turned into a sea dragon."

"Tee hee hee! Tough break, lad! HOO HOO! HEE HEE! Still, now that we're the same species,- HA HA HA! - how about moving the helmet and giving my poor foot a break? OOOHOOHOOHOOO!!!"

"Oh I'd love to, but this collar seems to be holding me back. It's keeping my human mind weak and I don't seem able to be bothered. Sorry!"
