The Captive Werewolf

"Don't worry!" says Dr Maroo as you gasp on seeing the werewolf "He's secure in there. He can't get out."

The werewolf is secure all right. His wrists and ankles are bound by tight silver shackles, chained together via a central ring in such a way that he is forced to pace around the tiny cell on all fours - and that he can't do much because of the short silver choke chain round his neck. He also wears a muzzle made of small silver chains, gagging him further.

As you take in the wolf, your fear turns to pity. This creature must be in a lot of discomfort, if not pain, and you start to wonder who the real monster in the room is.

Seeing a new face that may rescue him, he stares at you with pleading eyes.
