Arrested Devoloupment

The two cops come over and grab you. "What is it with you females at the moment?" cries one "We've had several reports of girls in skirts exposing themselves. What exactly IS the matter with you?"

You know you can't reveal the truth, so you stutter as you try to think of something to say. You sound slurred. "Are you drunk?" asks the cop.

"Errr..yesh" you reply

"We'll have to bring you in on a charge of being drunk and disorderly." says the other cop, indicating the car. "Please step into the vehicle."
