Game 4 | Game 4 Outline |
Suddenly, everything around you freezes again, including your own body. You are still aware of the brunette standing next to you, however. She pushes your blonde hair to one side and runs the palm of her hand down your left cheek. "As you can see, my pretty Yvette," she gloats, "I`ve created a new `Evan.` This way, you will be able to enjoy being a French maid without ever having to change back into your former self."
The brunette fades away, once again invisible to all in the room. Reality unfreezes. Everyone is moving again, including yourself.
"Hi, Mom . . . Dad," the phony `Evan` says to your parents. He looks at you and smiles in a friendly manner. "Hello, Yvette."
"Hi," you say sweetly back to the clone of yourself (your REAL self). The sweetness in your voice is simply to mask the fear and humiliation you actually feel.
Without thinking about it, you do a polite curtsey to the phony Evan. No doubt the brunette used the device to command you to do that.
"Oh, Yvette, this is my friend Jake," phony Evan says, motioning toward the other young boy.
"Hello," Jake says, awkwardly reaching out to shake your hand. You grasp his hand in yours and shake it as firmly as your feminine musculature will allow. You do a curtsey for him also. Something about the way he is looking at you tells you he is probably taking off your French maid dress in his mind.
"Well, Yvette," your father says, placing a hand on your right shoulder, "I`m about ready to try some of your cooking."
"Of course, sir," you reply obediently. "I was just about to get started."
Your parents, phony Evan, and Jake head to the living room to watch TV while you fix dinner. After they have gone, the brunette reappears. "Oh, did you see the way Jake was looking at you? He`s got the hots for you, sweetie!"
"Great, just what I`ve always wanted," you sarcastically reply. "Thanks a lot."
"Oh, don`t worry. You`ll feel better after I do this," the brunette says, simultaneously pressing a key on the device. And, suddenly, you DO feel better, even though you know you should not. You saunter off to the kitchen and gleefully begin preparing meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
