Lago the rabbit genie

You and Scott decide to follow the prints and soon come across an astonishing sight.

Ahead of you is a top hat hopping along on a pair of huge brown footpaws. After the shock dies down, you leap forward and tackle the strange hat. You manage to grab hold of it, despite the huge feet slapping you in the face. "Help me, Scott!" you cry. Scott runs up and grabs the feet.

"Ha ha!! That tickles!" comes an echoing voice from inside. Then someone inadvertantly rubs the hat and there is a puff of purple smoke. When the smoke clears the both of you look up to see a huge bulky 7-foot tall brown rabbit wearing a fez, tiny purple waistcoat and baggy pants.

"I-I am Lago, genie of the magic hat!" he announces, still a bit giggly "I offer three transformation wishes to whoever rubbed the hat." he looks down at you and Scott, the hat lying between you "Now then kids, who exactly did rub it?"
