Buttering up

"I'll go through the window and try to find some butter," you say. "Good. Hurry up, though", says Mrs. Fergeson, "I don't want to be stuck here if that Pyrot guard shows back up."

You climb inside the window and go to look for the kitchen. Suddenly, you hear noises coming from upstairs. Should you go and look or keep helping Mrs. Fergeson?
