A Fat Rat trapped

You decide to check out the smallest pipe as you're small enough. Getting down level with the pipe, you suck in your gut and squeeze into the pipe.

It doesn't take long for you to get stuck. You frantically try to pull yourself out of the pipe, planting your back feet on the sides of the sewer and pulling and pulling. It's no good. You don't budge an inch. Now what?
