"the stocks are magic stocks. they can not be unlocked until the victim is tickled to insanity."

"Well just promise not to tickle him until we find a way to get him out ok."

"ok we promise" she says with a huge grin on her face."

you don't entirely trust her but you don't have a choice. the stocks are stuck there and Scott cant get out.
