Weapon of Choice

No way are you gonna to pass up the chance to tickle a whole parade full of people. And the candy just makes it win-win.

You scan the collection of tools available, they range from simple back-scratchers to colorful feathers on a stick. Your eyes settle on a wooden piece with a bird claw at one end and a stiff feather on the other. A seam runs across the center and a thin chain runs in a loop on either side of it.

"What's that one?" you ask.

"Oh ho, monsieur has excellent taste (POP). The TK-9000 model, with dual head action for multiple versatility. A master tickler's weapon, which with the flick of the wrist can become...", with a twist the two halves separate, connected by the length of chain, "Yuk-chucks! Hwaaaah!" With a Bruce Lee flurry of motion, the device whips around the genie's shoulders, tickling you, two other patrons, and himself before coming to a halt.

"Whoops, got away from me there."

Brandishing your new weapon, you set out to the parade grounds.
