Game 4 | Game 4 Outline |
You sit on the cold dirt, crying. If you were still a human, you would have never been as so foolish to actually cry, but being turned into a fox changes that.
"Change me back!" You yell at no one. "NOW!"
"I'm sorry," You hear the voice of the old man, or rather the sorcerer. "I seem to have run low on magic energy."
"No!" You cry. You will remain a fox forever.
"But," the voice of the Sorcerer appears in midair. "There is a potion that can change you back."
Immediately you stop crying. "There is?" You ask, hoping returning to you.
"Yes, but be warned," the voice said. "The owner of such potion is not fond of little animals stealing his fomula. He must not see you."
In your excitment, you do not hear what the man says. "Where is it?" You ask.
"In the fortress just north of you." You take off instantly, running through the trees.
The first think you notice about being a fox is that you have an incredible sense of smell. The second thing is that you can run much faster than as a human. Maybe being a fox isn't so bad after all...
-----
You arrive at the fortress by mid-afternoon. You are tired from running most of the day, so you decide to take a nap under a bush. You hope the potion can wait as you settle down and fall asleep.
