I'm confused

You are glad... sort of. You try to reach to your uncle but can't reach him you ask how he even recognizes you since it has been over a year since he has seen you and because of your fox tail. He says "Of course I know you. I get pictures of you from your parents. The tail doesn't change how you look like all together that much. But it does actually look really nice on you. compliments your eyes. Better than mine." He pulls down his pants and shows that he has an alligator tail. "Pretty cool right. Still it gets really heavy and hard to scratch when it gets itchy." As you try to get that image out of your brain he continues to speak. "Did Ray get you too?" You nod. "Than I might have an idea about what is going on. I think that they all work together Ray, the people who captured you, and Dr.Maroo. I think that that every part of this was planned, from Ray injecting us from getting captured. I came to this because I also saw Dr.Maroo's tail than got captured. Somehow all of the people who were dragging me tripped and their pants fell and I saw that they each all had a tail but of different animals. Since our tails have fox DNA the DNA flows through us. What they plan to do is get enough people injected that there are tailed animal species. Once that happens they will get everybody that had been injected's DNA. And will also use their own DNA and make a new formula to get rid of their tails. But will kill us all so we don't get in their way. But there is a flaw. The animal who's tail you have also does something to us. The DNA of that animal merges with our DNA and gives us some skills of that animal. Me having an alligators tail also gave me a great level of swimming and very strong sharp teeth. That is why there are holes in my cage. You might have a higher wit, or better speed, or better hearing. If we can figure out a way to escape, save everybody, and distroy the people who did this to us we might figure out a way to change back into ourselfs. The only problem is that there aren't enough people trapped yet to attack, and I don't know how we all could escape."
