You turn back into yourself and are relieved that you are not Michael Jackson anymore. But something else happens. You sprout antennae, wings, cute vampirish fangs, get rather muscular and grow 2 extra arms, you also get a cool superhero costume which looks almost similar to the black suit Toby Mcguire had in Spiderman 3. You also start to look a lot like Seth Brundle from The Fly. In fact, you are just like him except you're not a mutant. You are a superpowered half human/half fly with super strength and the ability to fly, not only that you're incredibly agile and extremely intelligent. You're like a superpowered Jeff Goldblum. You could sure give Spiderman a run for his money. No bad guys stand a chance against you, you're as smart as Einstein and as strong as Rambo. You're 10 parts human, 10 parts fly, all hero! You're a superheroic fly guy!
