You read it to yourself.The paper reads: "PLANS FOR PIKACHUS ----------------------------------- 1.Get a Kid or a Teenager.

2.If the DNA gets unstable,replace it with the other sex's gender genes.

3.Run tests on the rat.

4.Breed it.

5.Sell them."

You gasp and get in the window where the paper flew out.
