You are told to strip to your underwear. When you have done so, you are escorted into a cell with a bed. You are told to lie on the bed.
The bed feels very comfortable, but a nurse starts strapping you down. Shackles are put on your wrists and ankles, and you begin to get worried. "It's just a precaution", the nurse tells you sweetly as the doctor walks in holding a syringe. "You will feel some discomfort", he tells you as he swabs your arm with an alcohol pad.
"Don't worry, Doc", you reply, wincing as he injects you. "I've had needles before."
"Yes, but the discomfort comes afterward. I've got to leave now, but we will monitor you through that camera." Looking where he indicates, you see a caged security camera hanging on the wall.
The Doctor shuts and locks the door, leaving you alone. Then the discomfort REALLY starts!
