Iguana take some getting used to...

You look back and notice that the seat of your pants is splitting down the middle, threads pulling apart as the denim fabric was pushed by something easily recognizable as being a tail. In mild shock, you reach back and grab it, feeling it grow with muscle, and pulse as blood starts flowing through newly growing arteries, veins, and capillaries. As it does, you grow light headed, as your body begins to compensate for the sudden lack of blood; it does so by making you shrink a few inches, which causes your tail to grow even longer and thicker.

Almost instantly, you feel sharp pains in your body as your bones shift and grow, your fingers and toes growing longer, your nose flattening, becoming level with your mouth, which both grow out into a reptilian snout. Again, you feel sharp pains in your body as your bones shift in position, becoming more and more reptilian.

In a slight fear, you turn and look at yourself in the bathroom mirrors. Your skin is changing colours as dark green scales sprout all over your skin. As they grow up over your stomach, you can feel your flat, human, teeth fall out of your mouth, as diamond shaped teeth, more than you can count, replace them.

"I'm... I'm..."

"You look like an iguana, to me," Rhijin laughs, zipping up his pants. "Well, almost like an iguana, you're missing your -"

Suddenly, you bend over, as spines shoot out from your back, starting from the top of your neck and ending at the bottom of your four foot long tail.

"Never mind," the wolf laughed, patting you on the shoulder. "You should be done changing in a few seconds."

Still terrified, you look down at your hands, and see scales rapidly covering them. In the mirror, you see that there is nothing human remaining about you; you have completely become an anthropomorphic iguana.

Looking at your reflection, you can hardly believe your incredibly reptillian eyes. Your ears are completely gone, now nothing but small holes on the side of your head. You flick your tongue out, exactly as an iguana would.

You don't know why, but you like the way you look.

"I... I can get used to this..."
