Soon, but not all so soon enough as you wished did the doctor return and as the laughter continues with tearing eyes and a male subject sporting a massive male-genital erection, the room is echoing the sensation of a growing form of insanity.
Seeing then the doctor holding a syringe the size required to inoculate a horse, while laughing, there comes a fear of what the tickling drew out of your mind, your own mouth.
The liquid in the syringe sparkles from the brightly lighted ceiling light above where they have you bound to the examination table. Expecting to get the injection poked into an upper arm, your laughing slows when you watch, seeing the doctor reach for as take hold of your bare testes, as he carefully inserts the syringe needle firstly into one testicle and presses into it half of what the syringe holds. He then takes to the second testicle and does the same thing, making them both burn with a vile felt sensation of hellish heat.
Moaning, cursing at the doctor, the tickling continues to keep the patient distracted from the various pains beginning, that what spells of changing a male human body into that of a sex fiend satyr!
