The robot-lady re-enters the room after a few minutes. She closes the door quietly behind her. You wish that you could just move so you could fight her or something, but you can't, you're stuck.
The robot-lady holds out her hand... and it jumps right off. Her disembodied hand lands on the bed, and begins to walk over to you.
"Oh, it's just feeling you out," the robot-lady says, sensing your panic. "If you have nothing to hide, this shouldn't be a problem.
The hand crawls over your stomach and up your arm. When it gets to your hand, it lets out a low-pitched sound. Then, it crawls down your leg to your feet, where it makes another low-pitched sound. The hand jumps back onto the robot lady and re-attaches itself.
"No threat!" the robot lady said. "Let's begin."
She pulls out a book.
"Anything you write down in this book will come into the world," she says. "Us robots have also been experimenting with magic, yes. Anyway, use the book. This is a test to see how much power the human mind wants."
She uncuffs your hands, but your feet are still locked in. She hands you the book and a pen.
"Do as you wish," she says.
You immediately write down a key so you can get yourself out. Suddenly, a shiny key appears next to you. You pick it up and reach down for your feet, but you can't quite reach.
"Dangit," you say. You should wish to be free! That's it.
You look up and notice the robot lady is staring at you strangely. You've had enough of her attitude, and you think that should change. You write down "I wish she was just her hand", and suddenly, she is no longer a robot, but a hand.
"Yes!" you say. "Now, hand, unlock my feet!"
The hand goes over to the key, picks it up, and quickly unlocks you.
You step out of the bed, finally, freed. You open up the door and walk outside, hoping that you not wearing shoes wasn't going to be that big of a problem.
