big laughs, bigger troubles

As Velma laid on the couch, she was wondering, who was her captor was and why she was being tickled so much. Soon the tickler came back and was wheeling something to the couch and Velma. " Well my dear, it's time for me to explain why i'm doing this, someone paid me big bucks to get you and see how ticklish you are" Velma was puzzled . " ticklish? you got paid to see how ticklish i am, why and by who?" the tickler laugh at Velma's questions. "They gave no name, just sent the money and this!" Velma heard a cutting sound and lights stun her eyes for a moment. When she could see, she gasped at what was there. the tickler was dressed all in black and had on a laughing clown mask and next to her was a machine with a label that had the word "TBD1000" . "What dose that name mean? " Velma asked . the tickler reply with a evil chuckle, " Tickling Brain Drainer 1000, it will drain your brain while being tickle and it gets more power from your feet being tickle, so Velma lets begin shall we?"
