Where is 2-ton Tootsie?

"Wait!" calls one on the clowns "Maybe they can help us find Tootsie!"

"Tootsie?" you ask.

"Yes. Two ton Tootsie, king-sized queen of the casterway clowns. She's been missing since yesterday. All we found are her shoes."

Some clowns hold up a pair of huge and smelly clown shoes.
