You look for paintings on the walls

As you enter the back room, you scan the walls for a painting of a lady. All you see are photographs of the Great Wall and other landmarks in China.

There are three doors in front of you. One leads to the men's restroom, a second leads to the women's restroom, and a third is a back door into the manager's office and kitchen area. Next to the men's restroom is a middle-aged African American man sitting in a chair reading something.

What now?, you wonder. Ask this man if he knows anything about a painted lady? Walk through one of the doors? Decisions, decisions . . . .
