......stay a girl.
"Ok," says the woman, "Try a week back in your normal life, try it out. But I will expect you back here in a week to see how it's going."
As you leave the lab and walk outside, some construction workers wolf whistle at you. At first you feel a little bit uncomfortable, but then remember you are a girl and you are wearing a short skirt so you daintily flip your hair and wink at them.
As you start home.... HOME! What will your parents think??? Ok, be cool, be cool.
When you get home, a note is on the door: WORKING LATE. BE BACK AT 8:00 PM. MUCH LOVE, MOM. XOXOXOXO Great, that's easy. You'll just get your stuff and hide out at Earl's, your best friend's, house down the street.
You knock on Earl's door. He's never going to let you in, you think. Oh, then you remember, Earl's a sucker.
Earl answers the door.
"Hello, handsome. Listen, my car broke down outside your house, and I wanted to know if I could use your phone." He falls for it.
"Duuuuuuuuuuuh, sure." He guides you in. As soon as he shuts the door you grab him and tell him what's going on and you ask if you can stay the night.
"Sure, Tom, if it's really you."
The next day you and Earl walk to school together. In Homeroom, Ms. Sanchez notices her "new" student. "oh, it looks like we have a new student. Stand up and say a little about yourself."
"Well, my name is To-- Tonya, and I came here from, uh, New York to be with my wonderful, handsome boyfriend whom I love so very much, Tom"
"Yeah, like Tom could get a girl like that," says a classmate. Others snicker.
"Of course he could! He's the hottest guy in the world!" Classmates giggle. You get mad.
The day goes on. You get passed many notes and asked out a lot and whistled at repetitively. The attention is great at first, but it gets tiring.
Sally Smith, Miss Popular, Head Cheerleader, All That, comes up to you.
"Hey, you wanna spend the night tonight, Tonya?" Do I ever!, you think.
"Uh, sure."
"Ok, come by at seven, ok?" "Yeah ok."
Spending the night at Sally's house!!!!! Oh man oh man this is big!
That night, you go to her house.
"Hey, I'm so glad you came," she says.
After you eat, play truth or dare, and all that stuff, you get into your PJ's. You borrow some of her's. Pink boxers and a tank top. Woah.
"Ewwwwwwww.... what's going on?? Your getting hair on your face, your hair's getting shorter and you're... ugh... coming out of your pajamas!!! What's happening?"
