He's in a medical journal

No matter what you try, you absolutely cannot move. Nor can either you or Nicky escape any of the torturous tickling. Even with your pits, torso and feet being tickled all at once, you're still surprised by how hard you're laughing. Also it's getting harder to keep control of your bladder. In half the time it took for your first deposit, you laughingly feel your muscles slacken and a second flow of liquid.

After four or five times, it dawns on you that Nicky is way ahead in the race to 200. Even though you've both laughed harder than you can remember ever having laughed before, neither of you has a raw voice or even a sore throat. Nicky, who has already let loose two or three dozen times, explains during a brief break when the pyrots are fetching more water that he has a bladder the size of a peanut. Really; he's in a medical journal. But that means, you think to yourself as your tickling intensifies and you start howling again, that Nicky will finish long before you will. Then what?

But you don't have long to wait. While your laughter seems to be remaining fairly steady, Nicky's becomes increasingly hysterical. He must be more ticklish than you are and have a smaller bladder, you think. Then Nicky passes out.

The pyrots are put out by this development. They even stop tickling you as they try everything they can think of to revive Nicky. But nothing works. Then, as the pyrots huddle in consultation, you see see signs of returning consciousness. But it isn't Nicky any more, you notice as you look at him and see...
