Thrawn throws a fastbot

Seeing the carnage unfolding in the last couple of seconds, Thrawn reaches into his utility belt and with his thumbnail in a cointossing movement flicks out and activates a fastbot. Fastbots, only the size of a sugarcube, are motile weapons akin to a wasp -- but they are able to move and react several times faster than a human. Suddenly you are aware of something operating inside your timescale. Thrawn's lip seems frozen in a sneer of triupmh as you see the fastbot take control of its course and head for your stomach at the same speed as a realtime wasp. There's almost no time to react, even with your body operating at this higher level!
