After changing into your pajamas, you sit down at your desk to review some proposals. The district supervisor will be visiting the office tomorrow, so you have to demonstrate alpha behavior in order to be considered for a promotion. You can't allow yourself any distractions.
You look over the first document, which has two Post-it™ notes attached. You remove them and become annoyed when they stick to the soft hairs on your palms. You wad up the notes into little balls and throw them across the room. Now, can your company really afford to negotiate with Weaver? You don't approve of how they do business, but they have a great deal of respect in foreign markets where you hope to expand later this year. The time to compromise is nigh, but how much on your part and how much on theirs? You bare your teeth and do several breathing exercises to build concentration. After all, this decision could affect your whole career.
