An Electrifying Situation

As the blackness clears from your vision, you realize that you're still alive. You also realize that you're in a completely different place than where you were before.

"How long was I out for?" you mutter.

"Approximately five hours," said a voice, making you jump about a foot into the air. You look around and see a tiny speaker mounted on the corner of the room. You brgin to take in your surrounings.

You're in a tall room with brilliantly white walls and white tiled floor. There are no windows and only one door that looks as though it's as thick as you are long (from head to tail). Your claws click and scrape on the tile, making walking very hard and uncomfortable.

Then you notice the door again. It has a lock on it with a lightning bolt shaped keyhole. Just like the ones that can be opened with your electric breath! Excitedly, you scramble over to the lock, ready to unleash your electric breath on it.

"Trust me, you will deeply regret it if you try," said the voice again that blared from the speakers. You ignore it and feel a large tingling sensastion swelling up inside you. You open your mouth and unleash a wave of electricity at the lock...

Which curves straight back towards you, attracted by the lightning rods that had been attached to you without your noticing. The shock runs through your body, and you collapse with your legs sprawled out across the floor, and your wings hanging limply to your sides.

The sound of cold, cruel laughter emanated from the speaker. "I did warn you, did I not Spyro? Or whatever your real name is. It is irrelevant though."

Though still dizzy from the shock, you notice that this new speaker is not Nirvana.

"Who are you? What do you want from me?"

"Ah yes, the old two standard questions I get all the time. Not that it's any of your business, dragon, but I go by many names, none of which you will have heard of, but doubtless if you had, you would be quaking with fear. As for what I want... well, that will just have to wait for now. Suspense is so much more fun, don't you think so?"

You suddenly feel so weak and helpless. You're nothing but a small, not fully developed dragon that possesses some power. However, that power is useless against what you are facing. Try as you might, you can't help but start to cry.

"Oh god, now you're going to be incredibly boring and cry. If that is the case, then I will not waste my time on you and leave you here to rot. Or maybe, if you're lucky, Nirvana will pay you a visit..."

You scramble upright, eyes wide with fear, "No! Please! I'll stop, I'll do whatever you want, but please stop hurting me!"

A cold chuckle rattled out of the speaker. "Very well, if you're THAT desperate to end this, then you may leave the cell. Your time here, however, is far from over. So long, Spyro."

The cell door suddenly swings open, and you can see grass and trees outside of it. Mad with relief, you charge outside, grateful to be out of that hateful cell.

Your running is suddenly cut off when a large thud sounds just ahead of you. You see the bottom of what looks like a long wooden pole and two black boots, plus the bottom of a black coat. Your mouth goes dry, and look up to see Nirvana casually leaning on her sictimar.

"Well now, it's time for me to escort you to your keeper."

"Wha-what?"

"My, my, silly and ignorant is what you are. You were allowed to leave the cell. You are not allowed to leave the area. We have a containment area set up for you, with a keeper to watch you. I'm sure you'll love him," she says with a sneer that makes you think that he is the last person that you'd love.

"But-"

Nirvana suddenly becomes very frightening. All light seems to be sucked away from the area, and instead only a dark, purple glow emanates from her. Her voice becomes very icy and dangerous. You scramble back in fear, but she grabs you by the throat and holds you up to her eye level.

"Do you have a problem with this arrangement? Would you rather I throw you back into the cell? Or maybe you deserve to be punished further..."

As she says that, she moves her sictimar slightly to one side, letting the blade catch the light. You squirm with fear, and Nirvana's eyes shine with sadistic delight. Then everything goes normal again and she puts you down.

"Good, now that that's settled, I'll take you to your new home."

You walk behind her, unable to stop shaking, and realizing that you will have nightmares about this forever, regardless of what happens to you. Suddenly, the current option doesn't sound so bad after all...
