Gor Blimey!

The owner of the lamp is a freckled street urchin in a long coat, tatted trousers and bare feet. Looking around, you see that you are on a cobbled back alley. You can hear the clip-clop of horses hooves and the sound of Big Ben. You're in old Victorian London!
