What happened to you?

You ask what happened to him; i.e. the whole rat thing. And the whole fat thing. He says, "I was coming to this area for vacation. Then, the witch came in and made me spin a roulette wheel to find what anthro-animal I'd be. Unluckily, I landed on "Rat"; that's half of it. I didn't like it, but didn't complain, as maybe she'd take pity later and change my form. One day, there's some odd food in my bowl. I studied it a while and ate it. With my first bite, candles appeared, and the more I ate, the more candles. When I finished, there were about 100 candles there. They lit fire and I say the air turn red. I fell asleep, and when I woke up, the air had lowered to my breathing level, it was all red. I lay asleep breathing for a while until I felt something on my stomach, like someone sitting on you. It was my own stomach, distended and growing with each breath. The candles added all of this fat by the time they burned out, and the witch made it happen. Just hope you get lucky, and call for me if you get any food you haven't seen before." "Thanks..." you stammer, scared and anxious of what's to come.
