From the feet to the belly

The trolls decide that foot tickling will be of no use to get the treasure. They walk up on top of Roger's enormous belly, which is ten times more ticklish than his feet. They stick their fingers in the mountain of blubber and start tickling as hard as they can. Roger laughs and laughs, saying: "HAHAHAHAHA! STOP! THAT TICKLES! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" "Then tell us where your treasure is." snaps a troll, all of them getting more impatient. Roger tries to talk, but the trolls discover his outsticking belly button, and get an idea. They take more feathers out, and they tickle more and more and more. Roger is now laughing more than every hyena on earth put together. You decide to tell the trolls that the treasure is no more, and when you do, their leader replies: "Very well. We shall tickle this big, fat lizard for as long as we please, then look for the treasure elsewhere." You can't believe it, but it's true. The laughter that comes from Roger after the trolls tickle his gigantic belly is enough to deafen you. What will you do now, genius?
