Dragon ring.

As you struggle to pull the ring off, you suddenly see that your hand has turned into a claw. You are so shocked you haven't even noticed that the burning has stopped.

Large clawed feet burst out of your shoes, a tail bursts out of your rear and wings grow out of your back. Finally your head reshapes into a dragon head.
