He's made a laughing stock of Bennie

The leprchaun snaps his fingers and Bennie vanishes! "What did you do with him?" you demand.

"I'll show you!" replies the leprechaun and the image of Bennie in some dungeon, locked in a pair of stocks appears. His big footpaws are being tickled by magic floating feathers.
