You grab a feather and tickle him all over his belly, then move to his feet.

The dragon's eyes widen. "N-noooo! Not ha ha ha ha ha ahahahahahahah !!!"

"Tell me where it is. " you say nonchalantly, running the feather in between the dragon's toes.
