Tickling Stinks

You decide to try and tickle the trolls toes, hoping they will move before you are either crushed or overcome from the stench. The troll at first doesn't seem to notice, but after a moment, he begins to grin. Soon, his toes are twitching like crazy, and slapping down around you.

Suddenly, you find your self being twisted face up, looking straight up, though you are still stuck under the foot. Only now, your head is fitted tightly between his toes.

You have to only take one whiff before you pass out completely, your nose overpowered by the horrible foot odor.
