Well, this is a pleasant surprise.

You unfortunately tumble through the "Females Only" portal, and fearing the loss of your manhood, cower in the fetal position once you land on solid ground. Slowly opening your eyes, you tearfully plead "No, don't, please!"

As you regain focus on your surroundings, you look up from your ball of terror into the eyes of a kind-looking female genie, surrounded by dozens of various species of furries and human women, all strikingly beautiful. "Don't do what?" asks the genie.

"Well, I tumbled through the "Females Only" portal by accident, and I figured it implied I would have to be a female."

"Do you WANT to be a female?"

"I'm not opposed to the idea one day," you say, making sure you don't misspeak in a way to lose your "area", "but at the moment I would much rather prefer keeping my parts instead of swapping them."

"Well, that's absolutely fine then. I'm Friba, the ruler of this dimension. We're actually quite glad to have a male here. The sign scares so many people off. However, there's a catch... you see, all these girls here haven't had any... "experience"... in quite some time. You're free to stay, you've just got to do what we ask of you."

"If I'm on the same train of thought as you, Friba, I'm quite glad to help all these girls out with their problems."

"Great news. Girls, who wants our new hunk of meat first?"
