you then realize that you cant give birth.....your body just wasnt built for the size of your puppies! You lay there as your steadily increasing belly and breasts continue to fill, the increasing pressure building inside your womb driving you insane! then again the pleasure turns to pain as you new body reaches its limit...the skin on your overstuffed belly streatching tighter and tighter and your eight breasts filling larger as the increasing pressure drives you over the top! Then the farmer walks back with the machine just when you feel stretched to your limit.
