You get to your feet, blushing furiously. The source of the wolf whistle a construction worker leering at you across the road.
"Hey sexy, looking for a good time," he drones. He thrusts his groin at you suggestively.
Irritable with A) Your sudden sex change, B) Your inexplicable transport to a road in an unknown location, C) Falling down and looking stupid and D) Having this moron here to see you look stupid, you respond without thinking.
"Shut up, you filthy rat!"
The construction worker bends over laughing at your hi-pitched cry. You feel more embarrassed. In fact, you feel warm all over. That's odd...
...But not as what's odd with the construction worker. While he laughs, you notice his nose is growing out. Its tip turns black and whiskers sprout along his new muzzle. Still laughing, he's anywhere as a scaly tale grows out from between his butt cheeks. His ears swell up and become transparent. His clothes seem to dissolve into black hair. His shoes burst apart revealing five inhuman-toes. He suddenly opens his eyes, revealing they have become pure black and bulgy.
"What's happening!" The construction worker says. He's now the one with the squeaky voice, as he's shrinking. He falls forward onto his front feet. His teeth grow into incisors, completing his transformation.
The new rat squeaks in terror and flees into a sewer.
You gawp. Was that connected? The heat you felt, you calling him a rat and the transformation. You wonder if your transformation into a female may have had an unexpected bonus...
