Docter, docter can you find the problem?

"Well ok I guess." you respond "Just as long as you don't digest me." "Fine." says the dragon. Suddenly all of the acid in the creature's belly no longer affects you. "That should keep you safe, good for you I can control what I do and don't digest." he chuckles "All right then, first off can you tell where the discomfort is coming from?" you inquire, the dragon responds "Wellll..." What happens next?
