...aaaaaand, Nope.

"Make me a werewolf!" You tell him. He nods his head, then snaps his fingers and releases some green sparkles from his fingers. You wait for a few seconds, but you don't see anything changing. "Well?!" You ask the leprechaun.

"Well what? I granted yer wish."

"No you didn't! I wished to be a werewolf - why am I still human?"

The leprechaun smiles. "Ye wished to be a werewolf. I hear there's a full moon in about two nights."

His words sink in, and you realise the leprechaun actually granted your wish - just not in the way you were expecting. You think for a bit, then make another wish. "I wish..."
