More fun with strange arcane monoliths

You sit up groggily, rubbing your head as you look around the room. Everything's gone dark again, now that you've lost the extra abilities the cat form gave you. You pick up your camera, then go back to the human pillar and place your hand on its surface. Nothing happens. You shrug, take some more pictures, then go to the wolf pillar. If your assumptions are right, when you place your hand on this pillar, it'll turn you into a werewolf. As you get closer, the pillar gets brighter, and the electrical energy begins to fizzle around you again. You stretch out your hand, and as your fingers brush against the stone surface of the pillar, a pulse of energy rushes down your arm and you fly across the room, hitting the opposite wall hard. Somehow you're still conscious, although you're in a whole world of pain.

You pick up your camera and have a look at your body. You're covered in thick grey fur, and your head is that of a grey wolf. You check to see if the transformation has added any muscle, but are disappointed to find only skin and fur. You sigh and take a few more pictures. What now?
