Knowing how ticklish the dragon is you need to find a way to get her out. The crack under the door was to small to crawl underneath, but the lock hole might be big enough to squeeze through. You manage to lasso the doorknob with the rope and swing into the lock hole easily crawling through sideways. After getting inside the giantess is now making a large stew and has dragon on a leash next to her foot it won't be easy to get her out with out the giantess noticing until you see a large hole in the stone wall like a mouse hole only 20 feet.
