So close to success

You reach for the gold and squeeze down the well as best you can "it's here! Turn me back!" you yell, the leprechaun replies "you have to hold it." you fume and reach down further "yer' runnin out o time there laddy, only a few moments." you reach down with all your strength and grab the pot with your right hand, just before midnight falls. You are teleported out of the well by the lephrecaun, he mutters a few words and you stop growing, but you're not changing back either, "hey, turn me back!" you yell, but he shakes his head, "no, wolfy, you only have one hand on the gold so only a half o the curse be removed, ye won't grow but you'll stay a big, fat, wolf for the rest o your life. You can't believe this, but before you can object the leprechaun disappears, now what?
